Meet Jessica Dunn, our Office Manager, Jess started with Katherine Harriet in May 2018 as an apprentice, completing her Level 2 Business Administration with Riverside, she later on completed her CIPD Level 3 HR qualification at college and now, this week, we have celebrated her most recent achievement in gaining her Team Leader / Supervisor Qualification with Riverside Training.

We believe in ensuring all of our staff have the opportunity to be able to progress, grow and achieve new skills and attributes to develop their career in the care sector

Jess has been on a journey over the past 6.5 years and we look forward in seeing where else this can take her – Well done Jess
