Wellbeing Assistants

£500 bonus

As a Wellbeing Assistant you will receive hourly pay, 28 days holiday per year, fully funded DBS checks, fully funded training, uniform, incentive bonuses, £500 probationary bonus (terms and conditions apply) and full support guidance, paid travel and mileage.
From £10.75 weekday per hour £11.00 weekend per hour and increasing after Probation
You can make a difference everyday.

Care Manager

We have a full time opening for a Care Manager to work Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:15 at our Office on Broad Street, Hereford.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience, be enthusiastic, determined and flexible, hold a full driving license, be able to use own initiative and hold a level 5 diploma or looking to work towards this.

You will be responsible for supporting the Scheduling Officer in all aspects of this role, liaising with the Client Care Advisor in relation to new and current Clients, you will be part of the On Call Team, among other duties.

Full-time, Permanent Role
Salary: £27k – £30k per year

You would be supporting clients with washing, dressing, meals, medication, mobility, companionship, outings, appointments and hobbies.

If you have previous care experience, you will be able to start with us quickly, and if you are new to care but would love this rewarding job, we will give you full training to get started.
