Staff Engagement Manager

Lucy joined the KH Team in 2020, Lucy has been in the care sector since 2004 and has been in various roles that have supported Lucy’s journey in becoming our Staff Engagement Manager.

Lucy originally started as a Care Manager and was soon recognised for her personal touch with people and progressed to her current role. Lucy is also currently undertaken her Level 5 in Operations Management.
