Katherine Harriet is a fresh style of home care in Herefordshire, where the wellbeing and life enrichment of a person is considered just as important as daily care.

The company was founded in 2015 by Hattie Hayes, who has created a team of talented and warm-hearted Wellbeing Assistants and local professionals to offer a first class, all-round service for clients needing support at home.

January 2015: Hattie and Matt Hayes established the business, Katherine Harriet Ltd.

September 2015: Katherine Harriet moves offices to Penn House, Broad Street

May 2016: Katherine Harriet is awarded Finalist in the West Midlands Great British Care Awards

September 2016: Katherine Harriet moves to a bigger suite in Penn House, Broad Street

May 2018: Katherine Harriet is awarded Finalist in the Great British Care Awards, Care Employee Award.
Katherine Harriet is awarded Finalist in Employee of the Year, Hereford Means Business Awards.

August 2018: Rebecca Tilby is appointed as Registered Manager.

September 2018: Amanda Barnes is Finalist in the Hereford Health and Social Care Awards, 2018.
Katherine Harriet sponsor the Palliative Award in the Hereford Health and Social Care Awards.

May 2019: Katherine Harriet moves offices to 9 Broad Street, with shop front, with bespoke Training room, meeting rooms and storage space.
Katherine Harriet sponsors the Hereford Health and Social Care Awards for the 2nd year running.

September 2019: Liz Jones and Sharon Box are Finalists in the Hereford Health and Social Care Awards 2019.
Katherine Harriet is a Finalist in the Care Employer category in the Hereford Health and Social Care Awards.
Jessica Dunn won Care Trainer of the Year in the Hereford Health and Social Care Awards 2019.

October 2019: Katherine Harriet is shortlisted for Employer of the Year, West Midlands Great British Care Awards.
