Starting care can always be a nervous time for both the client and family, last week we received some lovely feedback following a first visit with our Wellbeing Assistant, Liah:

‘I Wanted to let you know that dad thought Liah was really brilliant today, he was quite nervous about the whole thing but I’ve spoken to him this afternoon and he was really impressed, said she really put him at ease and thought she was just lovely so we are off to a great start! ‘
