CQC ‘Good’ in all areas as we celebrate 5 years in Business!

Katherine Harriet has received a glowing CQC Report, with GOOD ratings across all categories (safe, caring, effective, responsive and well-led) following an inspection in December 2019.

The CQC inspector visited Katherine Harriet’s office on Thursday 19th December 2019, and spoke with our clients and staff about their personal experiences of our care service.

We were delighted with the inspector’s feedback and also all the great comments from our clients and staff in the report. Some comments included: “Katherine Harriet staff are definitely a well-trained team” and another Client commented “Katherine Harriet staff are wonderful; you can’t fault them. They have a marvellous caring attitude.” A relative said, “I’m delighted with management. They take the time to listen to us and do their best to put what we request into practice.” Another relative also said, “Katherine Harriet make a real attempt to make sure what we want is what we get.”

Thanks to all our wonderful Wellbeing Assistants for helping us to achieve such a high standard of care.


This year also marks the start of a good year for us as we celebrate 5 years in business.  Having established the business in 2015, Hattie and her team have taken the business from strength to strength. We very much look forward to celebrating this with our staff, clients and community contacts later in the year.
