INDUCTION WEEK

This week we are welcoming a new team of new Wellbeing Assistants, they are undergoing in-depth training days led by The Care Certificate and Skills for Care guidance.

The training doesn’t stop there, they will soon be out with our most senior and experienced members of the team for their shadowing, where the learning and developing of new skills will grow.
