MEET JOEL CALDER – MENTOR

Joel started Katherine Harriet in 2021 as a Wellbeing Assistant.

With no previous experience and an interest in the care sector, Joel started his journey learning about our Clients and showed signs of being passionate for delivering high quality care.

Following Joel’s first annual appraisal, he took interest in the Mentor Pathway and followed this by becoming part of the Training Committee this year.’Joel is always looking to further his career and take on new challenges in his role, it has been a pleasure watching Joel grow in his role’
