They are recognised as individuals with their own personal histories and not solely by their health condition, disability, social care needs, or ethnic or cultural backgrounds. 

We ensure our client’s choices, wishes, and needs about how they wish to live in their home are provided through the provision of accessible information, engaging with family and friends, and identifying and meeting personal preferences. 

We provided care with high-quality support that maximises their independence (wherever possible) and promotes well-being. 

Katherine Harriet provides bespoke care plans to enable our staff to know and understand the clients, their likes and dislikes, their personal interests, their family, and friends, and what they need in order to feel comfortable and safe. 

Katherine Harriet ensures that all their staff (Wellbeing Assistants) are fully trained to the highest standard, shadowed by our incredible mentor team, and training plans completed before caring for our clients independently.
